Pre-owned. Console and controller have been tested and work as expected. Please see photos taken to show a PS1, PS2, and PS3 game being tested on it. Comes with Power cable, HDMI cable and USB cable to charge the controller. The console has been opened (which is what caused the crack/break in the chassis shell on the backside) and has been cleaned, thermal paste replaced and some capacitors replaced inside. When putting a disc in, the disc will be pulled in about 90% and will need assistance to go in all the way. It will eject the discs out without any issues.
