They are tested but may have other problems/missing parts. Console only. No games, power cords, remotes, or other accessories included. Note:: Does not play games. Tray has trouble opening and closing. Seems like it needs a cleaning or band replacement. Note:: Both warranty stickers seem to be intact. See pictures. The main warranty sticker got a little damaged when I lifted the tab to see if it unbroken. Controller sync button is broken off.
