Includes console only as shown, hard drive not included. Has been tested and works as it should, nothing is damaged. The side grill next to the hard drive grill cover pops off sort of easy but there's no damage on it, the seal sticker is missing on the back so the console may have been opened.
The console and the disc drive both function as they should, and I have cleaned everything to the best of my ability. I am not able to provide video cables.
